If Apple is unable to obtain the necessary receipt details from your iTunes app store account (which may just be because you have no internet connection, or because their system is down) then you may see this message.

  1. Close the app.
  2. If necessary, make sure you are logged into the iTunes app store account for which Astro Gold was purchased. (Skip this step if you are sure you are already using the correct app store iTunes account).
  3. Re-open the app, again. It will then prompt you for your Apple ID password. Please enter this. As long as you are using the same ID as the one with which you purchased the Astro Gold app then all should be ok.
