Yes. Apple allows many iPhone and iPad apps to be installed on Apple Silicon Macs through the App Store, and a number of customers successfully use Astro Gold for iOS in this way.

However, Astro Gold for iOS running on macOS is not an officially supported configuration. The iOS version has been designed and tested for iPhone and iPad devices, not for Mac computers.

While you are welcome to install and use the iOS app on a compatible Mac if Apple makes it available, you do so at your own discretion. Because this is not a supported platform, Cosmic Apps is unable to provide technical support or troubleshooting for issues that arise when using the iOS app on macOS.

If you require a fully supported Mac experience, we recommend using Astro Gold for macOS, which has been specifically developed, tested and optimised for the Mac platform and includes features not available in the iOS version.
