>> You can open the Wheel Editor in the following ways:
1)On the Tools menu select Wheel Editor.
2)Click on the Preferences icon 
in the Toolbar.
3)In the Preferences dialog in the left hand pane click on Wheels, then in the first section to the right of the left pane, click on Wheel Style icon 
. This will open the Wheel Editor.
