The Help menu is where you can:

1)search for information pertaining to macOS - just type in the Search bar what you're looking for

2)open the Astro Gold User Guide

3)view/purchase Astro Gold for iPhone or iPad in the Apple Store

4)visit the Astro Gold Facebook group or website

5)email Astro Gold support

6)open the Astro Gold User Files folder (see here to open the Astro Gold system files instead)
