Once you have found charts by using the Chart Search you can optionally sort them, then save them all to a new or existing chart file, and/or open one of them to view/work with it.
1.After clicking on the "Search" button in the Chart Search dialog, the "Found Charts" dialog will be displayed - showing all the charts having the criteria you specified - either just a chart name, or multiple search conditions.

2.OPTIONALLY ... if you want to sort these charts by either name, chart date, type or chart file, then click in the header for the column you want the list to be sorted by.
For example, if you want the list to be sorted by name then click the top of first column where it says Name. To sort the list by chart date click the top of second column where its says Date etc.
3.OPTIONALLY ... you can save some or all of these charts into an existing or new chart file. To copy only some of the charts more than just one chart must be selected. To toggle the selection of individual charts on or off hold the Command key down while clicking on the charts - only the charts selected will be copied. If none, only one, or all of the charts are selected, then all of the charts will be copied.
a.Click on the Folder icon 
next to the "Select" button, and a "File System" dialog will open in the last folder you saved charts to.
b.If this folder isn't where you want to save the charts, navigate to the folder where you do want to save them.
c.To save these charts to an existing file click on the chart file to save the charts into, then click on the Copy x Charts button in the bottom right of the dialog to save the charts, then click on the OK button.

d.If instead you want to save these charts to a new chart file, click on the Options button. Then click on a newly displayed button called Create New Chart File, fill in the name of the new chart file, and click on the Create button, and the new chart file will be created. Find it in the list of chart files in the folder and click on it. Then click on the Copy x Charts button in the bottom right of the dialog to save the charts. Click on the OK button.
e.If that is all you want to with the found charts click on the Cancel button.
4.Select the found charts you want to open. To toggle the selection of individual charts on or off hold the Command key down while clicking on the charts. Alternatively, clicking on a chart then holding the Shift key while clicking on another chart will select both charts, plus all the charts in between them as well.
5.Then click on the Select button and a menu will dropdown. It will have different options depending on how many charts you have selected.
a.If you only selected one chart all the options are available - you can save it to any one of the Main Window four selected chart positions (Chart 1, Chart 2 etc), you can view it in the "Saved Charts" dialog, or you can add it to the "Working collection" of charts.
b.If you selected from two to four charts you can save them all simultaneously to the Main Window chart selected positions - they will fill in the positions starting from Chart 1, so whatever charts you may already have in those positions will be replaced.
c.If you selected more than four charts they can only be added to the "Working collection" of charts.
